I had suffered back pain for as long as I can remember in my younger years and was always looking for ways to get through the week. Pilates happened upon me by chance while I was in the USA and I have never looked back. I decided to become a teacher because I wanted to share my journey by helping others.

Homemade beetroot paleo brownies with coconut yoghurt and frozen berries – yum.
