The criteria regarding eligibility of PAA full members, with respect to client health fund insurance claims is as follows:
- Active and currently financial
- Evidence of current Indemnity Insurance
- Evidence of current First Aid
The PAA emails health funds a report of its eligible members in the first week of each month.
The reports are automatically generated and based on current membership data as at the date reports are generated. If evidence of a full member’s compliance with the above criteria is not current at the time a report is generated they will not be included in the list of eligible members reported to the health Funds.
To assist full members to maintain their health fund eligibility, Courtesy Reminder emails are automatically generated. However, in respect to insurance, and first aid expiry, we would encourage full members to upload their certificates of currency as soon as they are received, to ensure evidence of these documents is in their online member profile.
